The V.A.C. of St. Clair County's mission is to increase human service assets through mobilization of volunteers. Since March of 2008, the United Way of St. Clair County, along with the Community Foundation of St. Clair County has partnered to provide the community a resource to provide resources of community engagement through health and human service agencies and nonprofits serving the needs of residents in the county. For opportunties or information visit or call the V.A.C. at:
